What type of payment methods does Elite Hosts accept?
We are pleased to accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover and Checks! You can pay by the method that is easier for you! If you pay via credit card,
"Elite Hosts, Inc" will appear on your bill each month and you will receive a billing receipt every time that your card is charged.
Is there a setup fee? Can I cancel at any time?
There is a $0 setup fee on all new shared and reseller web hosting accounts. You can cancel your account at anytime, however if you have paid in advance, a refund for unused months will not be issued.
Is there a 30 day money-back guarantee?
Yes! If you are not happy with our service within 30 days, you can request your full payment back! (This does not apply to accounts which were
terminated due to violation of our Terms of Service or Acceptable Use Policy)
Is there any restriction on paying by check?
Customers paying by check must pay a minimum of 3 months in advance. If you choose to cancel, payment for unused months will be refunded.
When will my account be billed?
Your account will be billed on the monthly anniversary of your sign-up date. If you sign up on the 3rd of the month, you will be billed
on the 3rd of every recurring month.
